Here are the commonly asked questions and their answers.

How often do I have to empty the water?

Every 3 to 4 months dependent on usage

Does the tub need to be plumbed in?

No. Just filled with a garden hose. The only connection required is electric

Will it work on a standard household 13amp socket?

Some spas do and some require a dedicated supply running out from your main consumer unit ( fusebox ) So please check on each spa of its electric requirements. We will talk you through this anyway

Do I need to add chemicals

You will need some form of sanitizer to keep the water clean and fresh. Most use Chlorine or Bromine but there are now some Chemical Free products that are softer on the skin such as Aquasafe 90.

Yes, either concrete, patio or well built deck ( must be level )

Do they go up on their side for delivery

Yes, just twist, but don’t turn them all off as you will cause a blockage which will damage the system.

Can they be used through the winter

Yes, in fact many customers use their spas more in the winter

Can they be used indoors

Yes.

How long will they take to heat up

Approx 7 to 10 hours but once hot they maintain the temp themselves
